Martin Chasson graduated as a Chartered Accountant, standing second in Ontario in 1961. Shortly afterwards, he established an accounting practice, Chasson Greenglass LLP, that serviced real estate developers and professionals. The firm merged with Sone Rovet Chasson LLP after Martin retired in 2016.
Martin is a long-term member of the Canadian Tax Foundation. He has served as President of the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club, Beth Tikvah Synagogue, and is Past-President of the Glaucoma Research Society of Canada.
