Since starting in 1989 and up to 2026, the Society has awarded more than six million dollars in grants to support more than 350 research projects.

In the last six years alone, the Society has awarded $1,927,423 funding 92 projects:

• 2026: 19 grants totaling $402,149
• 2025: 13 grants totaling $219,548
• 2024: 15 grants totaling $359,393
• 2023: 16 grants totaling $374,874
• 2022: 16 grants totaling $315,040
• 2021: 13 grants totaling $256,419
