ALBERT WAXER LECTURE – Presented annually at our Supporters’ Meeting
The 12th annual Albert Waxer lecture, The Impact of Breathing Exercises and the Art of Meditation on Quality of Life in Patients with Glaucoma was delivered by Dr. Monali Malvankar at GRSC’s Annual Supporters’ Meeting on October 12th, 2022. Research partner, Belén Montefalcone guided a breathing and meditation session for the audience, then Dr. Malvankar and Ms. Montefalcone were joined by Dr. Rajiv Bindlish, Dr. Catherine Birt, and Dr. Cindy Hutnik for a live Q&A session with attendees. Dr. Cindy Hutnik and her research team Dr. Vinay Kansal, Dr. James Armstrong and Jacqueline Slomovic, presented the 10th Annual Albert Waxer Lecture at GRSC’s Annual Supporters’ Meeting in October 2020.
